About Cookies

WebHelp uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file that is stored in your web browser until you revisit WebHelp. The cookie makes it possible for the web browser to remember user-specific information from your latest visit to the web site. This means that you get a personal appearance without having to log in to WebHelp.

WebHelp also uses cookies to trace which pages you have visited. This helps us detect errors, collect user statistics, and gives us information on how we can improve the WebHelp services. Your personal settings are also stored in the cookie. That is, you do not have to make these settings every time you visit WebHelp. For example, you do not have to select language every time.

What About Integrity?

We cannot identify an anonymous user who has not logged on. Cookies saved for WebHelp are not available to anyone else.
